Owners have access to their financial documents 24/7. Tenants report any maintenance call through the app. Our handyman resolves issues quickly and with the best estimate. Owners are never in the dark throughout the process. Nothing is done without owner's permission.
These simple elements are long forgotten by almost all property management companies. We don't mean to forget it.

About the Founder
Arash holds an LL.M in U.S. Legal studies with a tax concentration from the University of California, Hastings College of the law.
He has extensive experience in property management and project management. He has a pool of licensed contractors and technicians that can make clients happy with great estimates, prompt work and highest quality that any owner should and must demand. Property management means taking care of the most important asset our clients have. It means we should fully understand all aspects of real estate.
