We then show the property, screen the tenants and create a report that includes credit records, criminal background check, eviction records as well as communication with the landlord(s) and employment status.

When approved by the owner, we provide the parties with the leasing agreement (CAR form) that is signed by the tenant(s) and the Owner(s).
